Refund Policy

We here at GAMA seek to make your GAMA and Origins experience the best and most enjoyable. If you have any concerns or questions please contact us at the number or e-mail below.

Product purchased from GAMA, including materials, books, apparel, and other logo or proprietary product is not refundable. Defective product will be exchanged at no cost, after GAMA received the defective item.

1. Individual trademarks and conventions of GAMA may have other cancellation and refund policies. Where stated, these policies supercede this policy.
2. All purchases must be made by the credit card holder.
3. This policy may change without notification to the user.

 

Returned Check Policy

All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 processing charge. After the fee has been paid in full, the GAMA staff will process your registration. If the check is returned after the event, no registration for future events will be accepted until the past due amount has been collected.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration and request a refund, you must send us written notification via fax or mail postmarked by May 25, 2007. $20 administration fee will be debited from all refunds.
