Is there a problem with the times of events on the Excel list? I keep finding inconsitencies as I go through it.  The following is an example of what I mean. There are multiple events that seem to be the same game at different times but they each have different durations. They are 6430, 6668, 6857, 7068, 7248 and 7444. This is only one example. There are many others with mismatching durations and it's not that easy to make a tight schedule.

 Thanks.

Victor -

We talked this out on the phone, but I'm going to post the answer here for other people reading along on the forums.

There are hidden admin columns on the right-hand side of the excel sheets (between Z and AC, and between AD and AL). We don't show them just to make things easier for you to view. When you sort the excel sheets, if you don't get the whole excel page you may kick off some of the event durations as you may not have included those columns.

To make sure this doesn't happen to you, just make sure you grab the whole excel sheet when you sort. Control-A is useful for this, as is that grey rectangle between A and 1 in the upper-left-hand corner.
