My game, Hacking in Circles (Wed 2pm-7pm and Thurs 9 am - 1pm) is four mini-rounds in two sessions. All players will play all four rounds, instead of an elimnation with head-to-head final. I change the format a little after the deadline.

Hi, so does that mean the players in the Wednesday game all come back for the next game (the one from 9 PM to 1 AM), or is each game a separate group of players?

It is a round-robin game, all players in both parts. You rotate who is sitting at your table for each section (you will be told which table for each section). There are four mini-rounds between the two sessions, so day two is a continuation of the game.
Session 1 (rounds 1 and 2) Wed from 2pm -7 pm Session 2 (rounds 3 and 4) Thurs from 9am - 2 pm |

This is Andrew, I am working on the RPG event text and room assignments. Please post back with the exact text that you want to have in your events description to reflect the change you have made in the event. I see that it is running four times, once each on Wed, Thur, Sat, and Sun, is that correct? So, is each a continuation of the other, or is Thur a continuation of Wed and Sun a continuation os Sat?
