I love these events! I love it even more when they are lined up soon enough to pre-register for! <hint!> I recognize that these type of events present special challenges. Might I suggest setting up a likely time, and all involved know when they register that it's a maybe and they may have to get a refund. P.S. Try for some more boardgame designers. If all fields of gaming can be represented, super! |

Hey there- Glad you like them! They happen to be one of my favorite parts of the show. We try and get things on the schedule as early as we can, but (as you said) sometimes that's a bit difficult. We're pushing really, really, early this year, though, so maybe that'll help. Many of the best boardgame designers aren't in the US, which makes bringing them in as Guests more difficult. That said, you're always welcome to suggest designers you'd like to see.
