Badges before event registration?

Hi! I went to buy a badge last night (and then again this morning) so that I could have that taken care of before event registration and not have to do both transactions at once while the traffic is likely to be heaviest. I see the following message: "Registration has been shut off temporarily while we load our events into the system. It will be back on tomorrow for badge and event registration." Will badge registration be up BEFORE event registration, so that those of us who still need to purchase badges can do so before the big crunch? Thanks! |

Hi there - Unfortunately, the way our system works if you turn on badges you turn on events. They're part of one system, and there's no way to have one running without the other. So we had to stop badge regsitration temporarily while we loaded in all of the 4500 events of Origins, and we'll turn it all on again today at noon EST. Sorry about that! We try to avoid this problem as much as possible by starting badge registration as early as November to give everyone loads of time to buy badges. -Trey Trey Reilly |
