Hello- I've forwarded two emails to registration@gama.com concerning this issue, and haven't received a response. I have also attempted calling the listed number, and have not been able to get through. I recently attempted to order a badge for the convention, and when pushing the "PAY" button, the page never refreshed/switched. The requested events all remained in the cart for checkout, and no badge ever appeared for possible edit in the applicable section. I am wondering if the credit card is immediately authorized by whatever service GAMA is using to complete the transaction, so I can reissue my order through another browser, or if this is handled at some point after the request. If browser compatibility is a known issue, this would be good to note on the applicable pages. Having multiple badges waiting on me at the hall is not something I'm interested in dealing with. Thanks! |

Hi banshee, Your issue has been responded to privately. Firefox is a stable browser for our system and used extensively in our office. Likely any issues you might be having are caused by a different source. |
