Worth it to stay in the burbs?

We're thinking about staying in Worthington. It looks like this would be about a 20 minute drive in and out, and would be somewhat cheaper than staying nearer the convention center, probably about $25-35 per day with parking, etc., figured in.

If we were to stay "nearby" it would likely be at the Hyatt Cap Square. The website here lists it as 6 blocks, but yahoo maps says it's nearly a mile away and it looks more like 8-10 blocks by my count. That appears to be too far to walk comfortably, especially at 1 or 2 in the morning (after an exhausting day of rolling dice).

Does anyone know if the drive time from Worthington is accurate? My husband is reluctant to stay far away, but I'm betting that waiting for shuttles is just as big a hassle as driving 20 minutes. Would we really be at an advantage staying at the Cap Sqaure? We're on a budget, but we want to relax a little, too, so I'm trying to pick something that won't be a huge hassle. Please help us make a decision--we are the agonizing type!

I'd stay at Cap Square.

It is walkable. You can also take a cab for about $5. That's especially handy if one of you wants to head back to the room earlier than the other.
