Newcomers Track
Our Newcomers Track has always been a huge success, with several hundred visitors stopping by, playing games, and having a ball. This year, we want it to be even better, and have chosen a wide choice of great games.
What is the Newcomers Program? If you’re new to hobby gaming, or if you’ve never been to Origins before, we’re your best first stop. Bring your questions, your confusions, and all of those things you're too embarrased to ask anywhere else. If you have only played board games, and never really had the chance to play a minis game, come try it here! If you’re a long-time minis gamer who wants to try out a collectible card game without using any of your event tickets, our door is open. That’s right; there is no additional fee to participate. As long as you have a badge valid for the day you stop by, you’re in! Our friendly staff is here to help however they can, so that you're more comfortable joining the rest of the convention.

The Newcomer’s Track is a fun, relaxed environment where you can earn hours toward your badge reimbursement by playing and teaching games to others. Isn’t that what Origins is all about?
