The Academy of Adventure Gaming, Arts, and Design (AAGAD) is pleased to announce the second year of our highly successful “Road Show!”
This is possibly the best way to get your games presented to the public!

The Road Show will be visiting a number of conventions, large and small, all over the country. All attendees of these shows will be invited to come see all of the games submitted for the Origins Awards. The games will be available for them to examine, explore, and best of all: play!

Our staff of cheerful volunteers will be on hand to explain the Awards, and teach the games to our visitors.

It’s a great way for the public to see your games first-hand!

After all, the game-playing public will be the ones who vote for the best games at Origins 2009!

The first opportunity will be at UCON in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They have prepared a special Origins Award Road Show Game Room for all Origins Awards Submissions (for games that have been produced in 2008 and submitted to the AAGAD for consideration) to be displayed and played. And it’s a great opportunity for you to get your games noticed for the upcoming Holiday gift season!

Then, we will travel to other conventions all over the country during the months of December, January, February, March and right up through the GAMA Trade Show in April, where there will be a room for Origins Awards Submissions to be played. And we won’t stop with just game conventions! We will be approaching other areas of fandom, including Science Fiction conventions. Your diplomats to a larger gaming world!

So what do we need from you?  If you wish to participate in this ground-breaking event, we need to have your games submitted online by filling out the Submission Form  and follow the instructions there.
