In the first two days of registration, a bug in the system caused "ghost transactions” -- multiple entries for events or badges -- to appear in some people’s accounts.

If an event appears in your account (even if you see it multiple times), then you have a confirmed seat. You get to play.

Many times, the system did not charge you for events in your account. We’re working on that issue along with the ghost transaction problem to make sure that the correct credits and charges are made.

Because of the ghost transactions, some events currently show as “sold out” even though seats still exist. As our techs clear the ghost transactions out of the system, those seats automatically go into the events inventory, which opens the events for purchase again. If your favorite event is currently “sold out”, check back over the next few days to see if it opens up again.

11:30am 6/21 -- Online registration OPENS AGAIN!

For the first time ever, we're re-opening the online registration system for a last-minute round of pre-show purchases. From now through noon Eastern Daylight Time on Monday, June 26, you can add more events and ribbons to your badge. You can also purchase badges at the on-site rate.

Best of all, you'll pick up all of your purchases in the pre-registration area at the show instead of diving into the on-site registration line. What a deal!
