2019 Badge Registration
There are several types of badges for Origins Game Fair. Read on to determine which one is best for you!

|1-Day Badge||Allows entry to Origins for one day of the show. Day must be selected during registration.||$25||$30|
|2-Day Badge||Allows entry to Origins for two days of the show. Days must be selected during registration.||$45||$50|
|Club Badge||Discount badge for registered members of Origins clubs. Registrants must be on current membership lists previously submitted by approved Origins Clubs to qualify. Allows entry to Origins for all five days of the show.||$35||$35|
|Military Badge||Discount badge for military personnel (active duty, reservist, or retiree only). Military ID must be shown at badge pick-up. Allows entry to Origins for all five days of the show.||$35||$35|
|Educator Badge||Discount badge for educators. ID and credentials must be presented at badge pick-up (see below*). Allows entry to Origins for all five days of the show.||$35||$35|
|Family Day Pass||Allows limited access to people attending as a family (two adults and up to four children under the age of 18). Allows entry to Exhibit and Gaming Halls on Sunday. Access to paid events with generics only.||$20||$25|
|Child Badge||Free badge for children ages nine and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Child must be present when picking up their badge. Allows entry to Origins for all five days of the show.||$0||$0|

*Educators must show teacher identification (faculty ID, OE card, current license or certification along with photo ID). Home School Educators must provide an affidavit of home school, letter from their school district, or membership ID from an official Home School Association (PEAH, HSLA, or state Home School Association). Early Childhood Educators must provide current license or certification issued by local, state, or federal government and a photo ID.
Pre-registration for badges, ribbons, event tickets, and generic tickets is available online before the show.
Shortly before the show, pre-registered attendees will receive an email with check-in instructions. This email includes a barcode that can be presented at any pre-registration counter. Simply scan the barcode at the station. Once the attendant gives you your badge, move to the materials pick-up area to get any ribbons or generics you may have purchased. Note: if you created multiple registrations with the same email account, you will receive a separate barcode email for each. These are not duplicate emails.
If you have registered for an Educator or Military Badge, make sure to have your credentials available. If you have registered for a Child Badge, please make sure the child is present at the time of check-in.
Many badge have special Early Bird pricing that is in effect through June 3rd. Badges registered after this time will not receive a barcode email, but may still be claimed at the Pre-Registration counters onsite.
If you would prefer to register your badge on-site, badge registration will be open during all five days of the show. Our Registration Attendants will help you print your badge and purchase ribbons, event tickets, and generic tickets. If you would like to register for an Educator or Military Badge, make sure to have your credentials available. If you are registering a Child Badge please make sure the child is present when registering. Origins accepts cash and all major credit cards with valid picture ID.

Adding Ribbons, Event Tickets, & Generic Tickets
Once you start enjoying the show, you may decide to add on ribbons, reserve a seat at an event, or purchase additional generics for spur-of-the-moment gaming. To do so, visit any On-Site Registration counter and our Volunteers will help you. You may also purchase Generic Tickets at the Generics - Cash Only counter.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Cancellation or refund requests for pre-registered badges and/or event tickets for the Origins Game Fair must be submitted by May 31st. Send requests to email@example.com. All requests must be submitted from the same email address used to create the original registration. All refunds will be credited to the original card used for purchase and are subject to a $10 administrative fee. Cancellation/refund requests will not be accepted after the cutoff date. Origins Game Fair Badges are not transferable.
