Alchemy Art

I create enamel pin collections that range from intricate, deluxe collector pieces to smaller, everyday wearables. My work is inspired by mythology, folklore, and pop culture, where I reinterpret familiar stories and characters through stylized designs. Many of my collections are built as connected series, allowing each piece to contribute to a larger narrative.

I place a strong emphasis on quality and craftsmanship throughout the production process, from initial concept to final product. My goal is to create wearable art that resonates - pieces that people can display, collect, or carry with them as a form of personal expression.

Ancient Innovations

I am a craftsman and former gallery owner with over fifteen years of experience teaching drawing and painting. My work blends traditional craftsmanship with fantasy storytelling, creating functional artifacts inspired by mythology, tabletop gaming, and medieval design.

Each piece begins as an original design and is brought to life through engraved wood and leather using modern laser technology combined with traditional hand assembly. I create durable, heirloom-quality items such as refillable journals, RPG player trackers, travel games, and engraved leather wall scrolls.

My work focuses on depth, texture, and storytelling—objects designed to feel like artifacts from a fantasy world while remaining practical for everyday use.

Arcadian Chain

My passion for chainmail began with the creation of a full shirt for myself to wear at Renaissance festivals and geeky conventions. Who knew that it would be the start of a wonderful business that is now over 10 years old? That shirt was the first weave that I learned: European 4-in-1. It’s the weave that most people picture when they think of chainmail. Since then, I’ve learned dozens of other weaves and have enjoyed incorporating all kinds of different colors, patterns, and metals into the pieces I make. I am always impressed how the same weave can look completely different depending on which colors are used and how they are arranged. My products include bracelets, dice bags, earrings, pendants, keychains, fidget toys, ornaments, and simple clothing pieces. I enjoy making my chainmail, but the best part of my business is to see the excitement and joy that my products bring to so many people. I love having a job that brings me to so many fun conventions. Origins was the first gaming convention I ever attended long before starting my chainmail business. So, it has a special place in my heart.

I designed and printed a couple for my friends and it has grown from there! I now have several different configurations of journals to cover almost any player's style of note taking. I take great pride in creating something that is not only beautiful but functional.
