Nate Lovett: Creating Worlds One Panel at a Time
Raised on a steady diet of cartoons, comic books, and video games, Central Ohio artist Nate Lovett has been bringing colorful worlds and unforgettable characters to life for nearly two decades. A professional illustrator and cartoonist since 2007, Nate first broke into the comics industry with Xombie: Reanimated from Devil's Due Publishing and has since built an impressive career spanning comics, children's publishing, animation development, and concept art.
Known for his energetic linework, expressive characters, and vibrant storytelling, Nate has contributed to projects for major publishers and entertainment brands including Marvel, Image Comics, Nickelodeon, Hasbro, Random House, Viz Media, and more. His extensive portfolio includes work on beloved properties such as Dungeons & Dragons, Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, Marvel Comics Presents, G.I. Joe, Paw Patrol, Corn & Peg, Rusty Rivets, Bravest Warriors, Hack/Slash, and numerous children's books and licensed titles.
Beyond his work on established franchises, Nate is also a passionate creator of original all-ages adventures. He is currently developing and expanding his creator-owned projects, including the science-fiction epic Carter Kain and the action-packed Punk Rawk Ninja, combining his love of animation, comics, and adventure storytelling into worlds entirely his own.
Whether he's drawing heroes, monsters, ninjas, or dinosaurs, Nate's work captures the sense of fun, imagination, and wonder that inspired him to pick up a crayon in the first place. Fans of comics, animation, tabletop gaming, and family-friendly adventure stories won't want to miss the chance to meet him and explore the worlds he creates.
