The Exhibitor Services Desk is your primary resource throughout Origins Game Fair. Whether you have a question, need assistance, or aren't sure who to contact, this should be your first stop.

Think of Exhibitor Services as your home base during the convention. Our team is here to help connect you with the right people, provide guidance, and assist with operational issues so you can focus on having a successful show.

How We Can Help

The Exhibitor Services Desk can assist with:

  • Booth location and hall information

  • Move-in and move-out assistance

  • Operations and facility concerns

  • Security and safety questions

  • Emergency support

If we can't solve the issue directly, we'll help you find the person who can.

Fern Exhibitor Services

Representatives from Fern, Origins' official general service contractor, will also be available during the show.

Fern can assist with:

  • Furniture rentals

  • Carpet and flooring

  • Material handling

  • Freight questions

  • Booth furnishings

  • Labor services

  • On-site exhibitor service orders

  • Other booth-related service requests

If you have questions about an order placed through Fern or need additional services during the event, the Fern Service Desk will be available to assist you.
