General Information

When can I access the Exhibit Hall?

Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall during designated move-in, 1 hour before show hours, 1 hour after show hours and move-out hours. Please refer to the Schedule & Hours page for the most current information.

Where can I get help during the convention?

Visit the Exhibitor Services Desk. This is the primary resource for exhibitors throughout the show and can assist with operational questions, directions, resources, and connecting you with the appropriate department.

Where can I find my booth number?

Booth assignments can be found on the Exhibit Hall Map and in your exhibitor communications.

Load-In & Move-Out

Do I have to check in at the Marshaling Yard?

Yes. All vehicles unloading exhibit materials must first check in at the Marshaling Yard before proceeding to the loading docks.

Can I go directly to the loading docks?

No. Vehicles arriving directly at the loading docks will be redirected to the Marshaling Yard.

What if I miss my load-in window?

Our team will work to accommodate late arrivals as space permits, but additional wait times may occur.

What if I need additional unloading time?

Please contact the Exhibitor Team as early as possible so accommodations can be reviewed.

Where do I park after unloading?

Once unloading is complete, vehicles must be moved from the loading area. Please refer to the Parking Information page for nearby parking options.

Badges & Registration

How do I register my exhibitor badges?

Exhibitors can pick up their badges by clicking the button below and using the discount code “2026Exhibitor”. This discount code is tied to your exhibitor booth name. Each exhibitor is allotted 2 badges per 10x10 square foot of rented space. If you need more than 6 badges for your space, you should have received a discount code on May 15 containing your large booth Exhibitor code.

Can I add additional staff badges?

Additional badges are available for purchase after your allotted badges for your booth type have already been claimed. These are available at half of the price of the Full Show Badge.

Where do I pick up my badge?

Badges can be picked up at Registration during published registration hours HERE. Badges and parking passes can also be collected from Exhibitor Services upon check-in.

Exhibit Hall Operations

When can I enter the Exhibit Hall?

Exhibitors may enter through designated exhibitor access points during approved hours. While your load in wave is assigned, open hours for the building are:
Tuesday June 16: 1pm-8pm

Wednesday June 17: 6am-8pm

Do exhibitors have to go through security screening?

Exhibitors entering through the loading docks or designated exhibitor entrances will not be required to pass through attendee security screening.

However, exhibitors entering through public convention entrances or attendee-facing Exhibit Hall entrances will be required to pass through security screening.

Can I leave inventory in my booth overnight?

Yes, but exhibitors assume responsibility for all items left in their booth. Valuable merchandise, electronics, cash, and personal belongings should never be left unattended.

Can I store boxes behind my booth?

Storage regulations vary based on booth size and fire code requirements. Please contact Fern or Exhibitor Services for guidance.

Security & Permitted Items

Are metal dice, miniatures, and gaming supplies allowed?

Yes. These are common convention items and are generally permitted.

Are cosplay weapons allowed?

Approved non-functional prop weapons are permitted if they have been inspected and peace-bonded.

Are firearms allowed?

No. Firearms, ammunition, and functional weapons are prohibited except for sworn law enforcement acting in an official capacity.

Are service animals allowed?

Yes. Service animals are welcome at Origins.

Fern & Exhibitor Services

Who is Fern?

Fern is the official service contractor for Origins Game Fair and provides furnishings, carpet, labor, material handling, and other exhibitor services.

Where can I find Fern on-site?

Fern representatives will be available during move-in, show hours, and move-out to assist exhibitors.

I forgot to order something. Can I place an order during the show?

In many cases, yes. Availability may be limited, so exhibitors are encouraged to order services in advance whenever possible.

Marketing & Promotion

Can Origins help promote my company?

Origins regularly features exhibitors through social media, newsletters, and other marketing opportunities.

Can I use the Origins logo?

Yes. Approved logos and branding resources are available through the Marketing Resources page.

How can attendees find my booth?

Be sure your company profile, logo, and business description are submitted through the exhibitor portal and included in event directories.

Policies

Must my booth be staffed during Exhibit Hall hours?

Yes. Exhibitors are expected to maintain booth staffing during published Exhibit Hall hours.

Can I distribute flyers around the convention center?

Distribution outside your assigned booth space may be restricted. Please review exhibitor policies before distributing promotional materials.

Can I sell products at Origins?

Yes, provided products comply with all convention policies and applicable laws.

Does Origins permit AI-generated products?

No. Origins does not permit the sale of AI-generated products.
